Your payment may have been declined due to insufficient funds in the account or because of an incorrect billing address entered. We suggest that you check with your bank or credit card provider to make sure that the information is correct and up-to-date before attempting to process the payment again.
Note that Kika is based in Canada and that many credit card issuers will flag and decline “foreign” transactions. If you’re sure that you have funds on your card, and that you’re located outside of Canada, then this is the most likely cause of why your card has been declined.
Unfortunately, we are not able to troubleshoot any declined payments from our end. Please contact your bank or card issuer for any questions about a declined charge.
