- Log in to your business account
First, you’ll need to log in to your account using the email and password associated with your profile. Don’t have a Kika business account? Apply now - Fill out and submit the form
Once you’re logged in, there are 2 ways you can do this:- Locate the “New Request” button on your client account dashboard
- Go to the Shop page and search for the service you want, then click the “Request Quote” button.
- Review quote and make payment
Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with a link to a formal quote. Please review for accuracy and if it all looks good, you can proceed to approve it and process your payment. - Receive email confirmation
Upon receipt of your payment, an email will be sent to you confirming your order details and next steps. It’s important that you keep this email for future reference in case any changes need to be made or if there are any questions regarding your order.
