Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair process for both our clients and our agency. To ensure that you have all the information needed before requesting a refund, we’ve highlighted below our refund policy for each type of service offered.

Fixed-Fee Services
You are eligible to receive a refund within 7 days of the date of the transaction. However, if your order is already in production, we will not be able to issue a refund for any payments made up to that point. This is because we have already invested resources and time into working on your project, which makes it impossible for us to provide a refund.
Prepaid Services
You are eligible to receive a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction for any unused funds found in your prepaid account, minus any applicable cancellation fees and charges for services rendered as of the date of the cancellation.
Subscription Services
You are eligible to receive a refund within 48 hours of the date of the transaction for any remaining months in your committed term.
- Month-to-Month Plans – If you cancel more than 48 hours after the date of the transaction, you agree to pay for that current month of service, but Kika will not bill you for any future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current or past months.
- Contract-Based Plans – If you cancel more than 48 hours after the date of the transaction, you agree to pay for the current month of service, plus one additional month from the date Kika received your written cancellation notice. Kika will issue a prorated refund to your original payment method for any remaining unused months.
