To restore a service that has been paused or archived for an extended period, you’ll need to contact our customer care team by email with your request and the job number.
You’ll also be required to pay a “Service Reactivation Fee” to get your service back up and running. This fee is non-refundable and covers any administrative costs associated with resuming your service and re-initializing all contact points, accounts, data and other relevant resources. The amount of the fee will depend on the time it will take to reactivate your service.
