You can submit new work requests under a subscription service or prepaid service. Work requests are not available for fixed-fee services. Should you want to make changes to the original scope of work of an active project, then this is called a change request.
Submitting a work or change request is easy and can be done quickly through our project centre. To submit a request follow the steps outlined below:
- Log into the Kika Project Centre using your credentials
- Click on the “Projects” tab on the left-hand side of the screen
- Locate your Project Management Calendar (e.g. CLIENT-PMC [Calendar])
- Under the ‘Lists’ tab, you’ll find a section called “Submitted Requests” at the top of the page
- Select what type of request you would like to make: “Work Request” or “Change Request”
- Enter all relevant details for your request in the form provided
- Click “Submit Request”
