You can easily download a PDF format of your performance reports. To begin downloading your report, click on the link provided in the email. This will open up a web-based version of the report. From there, you can click the “Download PDF” button located in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Our platform allows you to download reports going back 6 months. To maintain a reasonable storage load on our servers, we purge reports older than 6 months permanently from our system. If you need to retain access to historical reports longer than 6 months, please download them to your local machine or server before the cut-off time when they’re automatically purged.
