As the company owner, you can delete a user account by following the steps outlined below.
- Log into your Kika Business Account
- Click on the “Users” tab in the left-hand menu
- Select the “Delete User” option
- Click on the “Confirm” button to delete your account
Once it’s permanently deleted, the user will no longer be able to access their account or use our services.
