We use Google Drive to securely store all your project resources and deliverables, while also providing you with a convenient way to access them from anywhere at any time. Additionally, it gives you and our team the ability to collaborate on projects in real-time with the help of its suite of tools, making it easier for everyone to stay on the same page throughout a project.
Access Via Google Drive
To access your Client Shared Folder, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Google Drive account using your Gmail address and password
- Navigate to ‘Shared with me’ in the left-hand menu. This will show all the folders that have been shared with you
- Your designated folder “00 SHARED” will be listed there, along with its contents. Right-click on the folder and select ‘Add Shortcut to Drive’ from the menu. This will place a copy of the folder into your main Google Drive area and it will now be accessible from any device connected to your account.
Once you’ve added your Client Shared Folder, you can move it to any other location within your Google Drive by dragging and dropping it just like any other folder or file. You can also rename the folder by right-clicking it and selecting Rename.
You can also delete the folder if you no longer need it; just right-click on the folder and select Remove from My Drive. This will remove the folder from your main Google Drive, but not from our accounts.
Access Via Project Centre
Here is an alternative way to access your Client Shared Folder:
- Log into the Kika Project Centre using your credentials
- Click on the “Projects” tab on the left-hand side of the screen
- Locate your Project Management Calendar (e.g. CLIENT-PMC [Calendar])
- Under the ‘Links’ tab, you’ll find a link to your Client Shared Folder.
