To cancel your subscription service, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Log into your Kika Business Account
- Click on the “Subscriptions” tab in the left-hand menu
- Click on “Cancel Subscription” next to the subscription service you’d like to end
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking “Yes, Cancel My Plan”
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately or after 30 days based on our cancellation policy.
