When it comes to authorizing a quote, there are a few steps that you need to take in order to ensure you’re comfortable with the terms of the agreement.
- Review quote
It’s important that you first take the time to review the accuracy of all the information provided in the quote. This includes the terms and conditions, pricing structure, service details, estimated timeframe, expected manpower, etc. Taking a few moments to review all of these factors will help ensure that you are making an informed decision on behalf of your business. - Authorize quote
Once all of the details have been confirmed, you can authorize the quote by either selecting the “ACCEPT” button or the “DECLINE” button at the top of the page.
If you opt to accept the quote, an invoice will be auto-generated. This invoice contains all of the details regarding your quote and payment instructions.
If you choose to decline the quote, then no further action is required and we will contact you regarding any changes or adjustments needed. - Receive email notification
Upon authorization of the quote, you’ll receive a notification by email regarding the status of the quote.
