Within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order, we start processing your project. First, we’ll set up your project on our project management system. We’ll then assign a dedicated account manager who will be your main point of contact during the production of your project.
Your account manager will reach out to you to request any background materials needed to produce your project. Once we receive all relevant resources, a discovery meeting will be scheduled to discuss and review the project details, timeline and other important aspects. Finally, we start production and your account manager will provide timely updates on the progress of your project.
