For rush orders, please label it as “high-priority” and provide the due date when completing the Project Brief during checkout. We may also need to apply a Rush Job Fee to your order. This fee will depend on the complexity of the work and the deadlines requested.
We understand that sometimes customers want their orders more quickly than is possible, and so we will do our best to meet their needs. However, if the requested deadline is not feasible, we may refuse the order or negotiate a longer lead time to avoid additional fees or delays.
