If you’re looking to cancel a fixed-fee service, you will not incur any charges for doing so. However, we will have to apply a “Service Cancellation Fee” should you choose to cancel a prepaid or subscription service, which is explained in more detail below. This fee is non-refundable and is designed to cover any administrative costs associated with decommissioning your service.
If you decide to cancel your subscription service before the end of your contract period, you will be charged an early termination fee. The amount of the fee is determined by the length of the remaining contract period, and can range anywhere from 10-50% of your remaining balance due up until the date of cancellation.
If you decide to cancel your prepaid service, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of C$100 or up to 10% of the total prepaid retainer, whichever is greater. This amount will be deducted from your account balance in addition to any remaining payments due for services rendered until the cancellation date.
