Our payment terms vary depending on the conditions outlined below:
- Net 30 days payment terms are provided to clients who run large organizations, have established a good credit history and/or have been working with Kika for an extended period of time. This means that you can pay us in full within 30 days of receiving an invoice from us.
- COD (cash on delivery) payment terms are provided to clients who are new to Kika, do not have an established credit history and/or have purchased a subscription service. This means that you will have to pay us upon receipt of invoice.
We also offer a 15-day grace period to ensure our clients have enough time to settle their invoices before being subjected to late payment fees. You can find our payment terms clearly displayed on every invoice in accordance with our Master Service Agreement.
