To access a copy of your Master Service Agreement, log into your Kika Business Account and head over to your client account dashboard. From there, look for the “Agreement” section in the left-hand menu. You should see an electronic version of your agreement that you can download. Once you’ve saved the document to your computer, you will have easy access to your agreement at any time.
