1. Overview

You represent and warrant to Kika that all information you submit when you create your Account is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep your Account information accurate, current and complete. If Kika has reason to believe that your Account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete, Kika reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, whether authorized by you or not, and you must keep your Account information secure, including without limitation your customer number/login, password, and Payment Method(s) (as defined below). For security purposes, Kika recommends that you change your password at least once every six (6) months for each Account. You must notify Kika immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. Kika will not be liable for any loss you incur due to any unauthorized use of your Account. You, however, may be liable for any loss Kika or others incur caused by your Account, whether caused by you, or by an authorized person, or by an unauthorized person.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kika and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kika. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
