You can track the status of your projects, access your project files, upload resource materials, message the team, and so much more! The following section briefly introduces each component and its purpose.<\/span>\r\n<h3>List<\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All your projects are organized under the Lists tab. This is where you can track the progress of your projects, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/how-do-i-submit-a-work-request\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">submit work requests<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/how-will-we-communicate-throughout-the-project\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">communicate with your account manager<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10877\" src=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/KIKA_KB_Featured_1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"396\" \/><\/b>\r\n<h3>Board<\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also track the progress of your projects in the board view by selecting the Board tab. This is where we manage the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/project-workflow\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project workflow<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, from production queue to completion.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10879\" src=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/KIKA_KB_Featured_2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"396\" \/><\/b>\r\n<h3>Milestones<\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/marketing-calendar\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marketing Calendar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is located under the Milestones tab. We use it to plan and schedule company events and marketing activities that we want to promote to the public.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10880\" src=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/KIKA_KB_Featured_3.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"396\" \/><\/b>\r\n<h3>Files<\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All your project-related resources and deliverables are organized under the Files tab and are pulled from your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/client-shared-folder\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client Shared Folder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on Google Drive.
