To ensure that you have all the information needed before requesting a refund, we&#8217;ve highlighted below our refund policy for each type of service offered.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more details on our policy, please refer to our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/where-can-i-find-my-master-service-agreement\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master Service Agreement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Fixed-Fee Services<\/b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are eligible to receive a refund within 7 days of the date of the transaction. However, if your order is already in production, we will not be able to issue a refund for any payments made up to that point. This is because we have already invested resources and time into working on your project, which makes it impossible for us to provide a refund.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Prepaid Services<\/b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are eligible to receive a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction for any unused funds found in your prepaid account, minus any applicable <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/is-there-a-fee-for-cancelling-my-service\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cancellation fees<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and charges for services rendered as of the date of the cancellation.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Subscription Services<\/b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are eligible to receive a refund within 48 hours of the date of the transaction for any remaining months in your committed term.<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Month-to-Month Plans<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; If you cancel <\/span><strong>more than 48 hours <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">after the date of the transaction, you agree to pay for that current month of service, but Kika will not bill you for any future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current or past months.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contract-Based Plans<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; If you cancel <\/span><strong>more than 48 hours <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>after<\/strong> the date of the transaction, you agree to pay for the current month of service, plus one additional month from the date Kika received your written cancellation notice.
