Simply <mark>contact<\/mark><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0our customer care team by email with your request to cancel your service, including the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">job number<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and date of cancellation. Please note, our prepaid service is subject to a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kika.ca\/kb\/docs\/is-there-a-fee-for-cancelling-my-service\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cancellation fee<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Contract-Based Subscription Services<\/b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subscription services on term contracts are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel your service before the next billing cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your service period.
