However, we will have to apply a &#8220;Service Cancellation Fee&#8221; should you choose to cancel a prepaid or subscription service, which is explained in more detail below. This fee is non-refundable and is designed to cover any administrative costs associated with decommissioning your service.\r\n\r\nIf you decide to cancel your subscription service before the end of your contract period, you will be charged an early termination fee. The amount of the fee is determined by the length of the remaining contract period, and can range anywhere from 10-50% of your remaining balance due up until the date of cancellation.\r\n\r\nIf you decide to cancel your prepaid service, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of C$100 or up to 10% of the total prepaid retainer, whichever is greater.
