Prepaid, Fixed-Fee & Month-to-Month Subscription Services
With our prepaid, fixed-fee and month-to-month subscription services, you have the flexibility to cancel your service at any time, for any reason. Simply contact our customer care team by email with your request to cancel your service, including the job number and date of cancellation. Please note, our prepaid service is subject to a cancellation fee.
Contract-Based Subscription Services
Subscription services on term contracts are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel your service before the next billing cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your service period. When your service period expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
